After creating the website, ones next step is to promote it. As there is a very small use for a website when there are such few visitors. Think of creative ways to advertise them in other websites that may not require you to pay a lot of money.
The last tip is to innovate. Always innovate and have new things on your website. If one remains very stagnant and happy with what he has the frequent visitors might get tired of your website and visit other sites. Try to update your site once in awhile, be creative.
